Healthy For the Holiday @ Online

In this 5 week series, we will meet virtually on Tuesday evenings to learn from the best. Each week we’ll meet a new professional who will share with us recommended strategies to stay well and healthy throughout the holiday season. Expect presentations to last approximately 45 minutes with additional time for Q&A afterward.

*When you purchase one ticket for the price of $25 you are paying to attend all 5 sessions. Sessions will be streamed via Zoom.

Week 1: Michelle Katz, Lifestyle Coach and Habit Change Specialist of “Michelle Katz Health Coaching”

Michelle will be sharing with us tools and methods to help us enjoy the holiday season without dieting. What we learn with her should leave us with the knowledge of how to eat what we want without the stress and anxiety of ruining the good habits we’ve created for ourselves throughout the year.

Week 2: Selena Ulasewich, Life Harmony Coach of “Impact Coaching & Consulting”

Selena will be bringing us tips methods on how to maintain harmony on our life’s busy schedule as the holiday rush picks up. We’ll learn how to manage our time so that we navigate through the holidays in a way that will allow us to get things done easier and more timely.

Week 3: Erica Nordin Owens, Certified Health & Wellness Coach of “Erica Owens Wellness”

Erica will be helping us enjoy our holiday dinners with sides that complement our healthy eating habits as well as our palates. She’ll provide recipes and demonstrations of a few healthy side dish options that our families will love and appreciate.

Week 4: Chelsea Hudspeth, 200HR Certified Yoga Instructor of “Light and Lotus Yoga”

Chelsea will be showing us a few simple yoga stretches and breathing techniques that will help us melt the stress of the holiday hustle away. You’ll be able to apply and use these techniques anytime and anyplace so when you’re on the verge of frustration with holiday shopping you’ll know what to do to quickly calm and reset.

Week 5: Jessica Tolliver, Therapeutic Massage Therapist of Massage Arkansas

Jessica will be guiding us through partner stretches to help release and relieve all of the tension that can easily get trapped in our bodies as were are on the go through the holiday. As the holidays are usually time for family and friends to come together, doing these stretches with a partner can also create more opportunities to bond with your loved ones.
