Feed Your Soul Yoga will guide you through poses while you snack on amazing nutrition-dense bite-sized snacks prepared by Erica Owens of Health Made Simple.
We will have a coordinated socially distant event, where in between poses, servers will bring around small, delicious snacks, packed with nutrients and easy to eat.
Feed Your Soul Yoga is all about giving the body what it needs.
We will combine the gentle movement of Yin and Restorative Yoga to promote relaxation and digestion with a 12-course tasting menu, paired carefully with each pose to maximize the moment.
By the end of this 90-minute journey, you will feel relaxed and fulfilled.
With menu items that range from freshly brewed teas, homemade soups, and decadent desserts to savory bites that will give your body the fuel it craves, you will feel yummy inside and out.
Afterward, you will take home a custom cookbook featuring all of the bites you savored to recreate at home.
